In these uncertain times…boy has that line been overused recently. At what point were they certain? And why didn’t you let me know.

The only thing that is certain is that you will be with yourself for the rest of your life.

And while I wish I had that bug-out bag and some more masks, I know there’s only one thing I need to take with me if I should have to go. The one thing I’ve always had, my prayers. The singular sound. Nam-MyoHo-Renge-Kyo.

It’s what I do in uncertain times (and that should be twice a day). Prayers are direct and clear. They are needs and wants and goals. What is aligned with your life state is drawn to you. People. Experiences.

I have to continuously fortify my own life in order to help those around me. Or, simply, to better understand them.
